The aim of the “Health  without Borders” project is to improve health education and awareness   of young migrants, refugees and marginalized young people in _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b 136bad5cf58d_an embedded learning perspective and at the same time to promote a  series of socio-educational innovative approaches  for youth workers to help young migrants and to raise awareness of the importance of health education in their   daily life.
